Jetstar, Jetstar Asia and Valuair recognise the unique needs of this customer segment and have developed a number of products that are both competitive and flexible. Groups are provided with special pricing, accessibility & a dedicated groups consultant to manage their bookings from initial quote to finalisation of travel.

How to book

For domestic Australian flights operated by Jetstar (JQ) and for International flights to/from Australia operated by Jetstar (JQ)

• Groups of any size who want to access normally available Jetstar fares can book through www.jetstar.com or can ring the Jetstar telephone Reservations on 131 538 (JET). Groups can book up to 50 passengers within each booking. Group bookings accessing Jetstar’s normal fares will require confirmation of passenger names and full payment at the time of booking.
• Groups of over 10 passengers travelling to the same destination for a common purpose (where travel is solely on Jetstar flights) who require more flexible conditions should contact the dedicated Jetstar Groups number on 61 3 8628 3444 to speak one of our Groups Consultants or send an email to groups@jetstar.com groups@jetstar.com groups@jetstar.com This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .
• Jetstar Groups Desk operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 0800 to 1800 AEST.

For a combination of domestic Australian flights operated by Jetstar (JQ) and Qantas (QF)

• Domestic Groups travelling on both Qantas and Jetstar flights can book their travel through the Qantas Group Desk by calling 132 624.
• Qantas Groups Desk operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 0830 to 1730 AEST.
• Inbound Groups travelling on both Qantas and Jetstar flights can book through their local Qantas office or travel agent.

For Intra-Asia flights operated by Jetstar Asia (3K) and Valuair (VF)

• Group travel is subject to Jetstar Asia and Valuair Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
• Groups Desk operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 0830 to 1730 Singapore time.
• A group booking is defined as ten or more passengers travelling together.

Key Conditions

In order to qualify for more flexible group conditions on Jetstar, Jetstar Asia and Valuair the minimum group size is 10 passengers travelling together for a common purpose. Should your group number fall below 10 individuals or the group is no longer travelling together for a common purpose, you will no longer qualify as a group and your group booking will be cancelled. You may re-book individually, subject to availability at the time of re-booking.

Jetstar, Jetstar Asia and Valuair retain the right to offer its group fares conditions to selected groups after initial consultation.
