In order to properly investigate and respond to your feedback, we ask that you write to us. We may not have all the information available at our fingertips and we would prefer to get it in writing to make sure that there have been no misunderstandings.
Once we receive your written feedback we will respond back to you, please allow at least 15 business days for this to occur. If you do not require a response, we also welcome any feedback and suggestions on how we might improve our services.

Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non refundable and limited changes are permitted, charges apply. However, at our discretion we may be able to offer you some additional options for your booking.
