Customers travelling with an accredited service dog will be given priority when boarding the aircraft and will be provided with an individual safety briefing.
Customers travelling with an accredited service dog will be allocated two seats on our services. The accredited service dog will be placed in front of the extra seat and, in accordance with aviation safety regulations, will sit on a moisture absorbent mat provided by Jetstar and will be restrained in a way that will prevent the dog from moving from the mat.
Jetstar staff are able to provide assistance in helping customers to and from their aircraft seat and/or the bathroom.
Due to aviation safety regulations, customers travelling with an accredited service dog will not be allocated an exit row seat.
