How to change your booking

If your original booking was made online at www.jetstar.com you can make limited changes by navigating to ’MANAGE BOOKING’ on the right hand side of the page. You will need your Booking Reference number to proceed.

You can also make limited changes to your booking by calling Jetstar Reservations. If your original booking was made through Jetstar Reservations, changes can only be made through Jetstar Reservations.

If your original booking was made through a travel agent, please contact the travel agent to make changes.
