These are our payment options for payments made in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). For payment in other currencies, different payment options are available.

Credit, debit and charge card

We accept international Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and UATP cards, including credit, debit and charge card. American Express is available if your (first) flight is operated by Jetstar Airways (JQ) or Jetstar Asia (3K) or Jetstar Japan (GK). A Booking and Service Fee will apply. Australian residents can pay with a Jetstar Mastercard or Jetstar Platinum Mastercard and avoid the Booking and Service Fee.

Jetstar Asia (3K) card verification

On selected routes, it is a condition of sale, check-in and boarding that the original, physical credit, debit or charge card used to purchase the ticket(s) must be presented by the card owner for verification at the airport. When you book travel on these routes, you’ll be informed of the need for verification during the booking flow. Prior to check-in, the card owner must take the card together with their government-issued identification (such as a passport, identity card or driver’s licence) to the Jetstar check-in counter. This requirement applies irrespective of whether the card owner is a part of the travelling party. If the card is not verified, the passengers whose tickets were purchased with that card may be denied check-in and boarding at Jetstar’s sole discretion. One verification is required for each return journey.


DOKU allows you to pay for your booking using internet banking or DOKU Wallet (real-time payments), or bank transfer or convenience store (on-hold payments). A Booking and Service Fee will apply.

Internet banking or DOKU Wallet

For instant confirmation, you can make a real-time payment using internet banking or DOKU Wallet. When you select ‘Continue to Payment’ during your booking, you’ll be sent to the DOKU website.

Internet banking
Choose your bank, log in to your internet banking account and complete your payment. After the payment is completed, you’ll return to Jetstar to confirm your booking.

If you choose to pay for Internet Banking, select the bank and enter your internet banking account and complete the payment. Once the payment is completed, you will return to the Jetstar website to confirm the booking. Available for Mandiri Clickpay.

DOKU Wallet
Log in to your DOKU Wallet using your DOKU ID or email and password and complete your transaction by entering your PIN. After the payment is completed, you’ll return to Jetstar to confirm your booking. If you don’t have a DOKU Wallet account, you can register on the DOKU Wallet website or download the DOKU app at Google Play for the App Store.

Bank transfer or convenience store

These are your on-hold payment options. For both, you’ll need a payment code which you’ll find on your booking confirmation page or on-hold booking confirmation email. After you’ve completed your booking, you’ll have 6 hours to pay otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

Bank transfer
Using your Bank Transfer Payment Code, you can pay for your booking through any ATM Bersama, Prima and Alto ATM. You can also make payments from your internet banking or mobile banking accounts, as long as they’re connected to ATM Bersama, Prima and Alto networks. When you make your transfer, choose ‘Bank Permata’ as the destination bank account or bank code ‘013’. Enter your payment code into the destination bank account number.

Convenience store
Take your Convenience Store Payment Code to your nearest Alfa Mart, Alfa Midi, Alfa Express, Lawson or DAN + DAN and follow these steps with your cashier:

  1. Request the DOKU Merchant payment option
  2. Provide your Payment Code 
  3. Confirm amount to be paid
  4. Make your payment

Once we’ve received your DOKU payment, we’ll email your itinerary to you within 24 hours.

Please note: Convenience store payments aren’t available if your booking is Rp 5,000,000 or more.

Jetstar voucher

Vouchers issued by Jetstar can be used for part or full payment of your fare. Please note that vouchers can only be used once and any unused portion of the value of a voucher will be forfeited. No Booking and Service Fee applies.

If there is a balance remaining balance, you must pay this on or the Jetstar app with another voucher or by credit, debit or charge card. Voucher and Jetstar Mastercard payments are fee-free; however a Booking and Service Fee will apply to credit, debit or charge cards.
