Our friendly staff are always ready to assist you with the check-in process at one of our airport counters.
To help us get you to your destination on time we must get your flight
away on schedule. You must check-in, bag drop any checked
baggage and be at the boarding gate within the following time frames
before the scheduled departure:
No further changes can be made for passengers who purchased a Starter Fare or a Starter Fare with a Plus Bundle
Unfortunately, if you do not check-in within the required times you won’t be able to board the flight and you may lose your fare in full.
Travel documentation
All passengers travelling on International flights must present their passport (with required validity period) for check-in at the airport. Remember that you must carry appropriate travel documentation and entry permits such as visas at all times. Some countries may require proof of onward or return travel. All children and infants travelling with an adult require their own passport, or should be registered in either of their parent’s passports.
Airport counter check-in
Please note that if you have a flight leaving from an international terminal you may only check-in via the airport check in counter.
Check-in opens three hours before your scheduled departure.
Checking-in at the airport on time, helps us to get your flight away on schedule. Check-in closes strictly 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
Once checked-in be at the boarding gate at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Travelling to the USA
If you’re travelling to the USA, there are specific requirements that apply. These include providing details for the Secure Flight Program and could also include applying for authorisation to travel under the Visa Waiver Program.

Increased security measure for all flights to the USA
The United States Department of Transport Security Administration has increased security measures for flights entering the United States. If you’re travelling to the US details of these increased measures will be provided when you check-in, as well as during your flight.
