Make sure you download your boarding pass before airport check-in closes.

Australia, New Zealand and Jetstar Japan (GK) domestic flights

How to get your mobile boarding pass

  • Check in online via your desktop or mobile and select the mobile boarding pass option.
  • Select either a group mobile boarding pass for all passengers on the booking, or have individual boarding passes sent to each passenger.
  • Your mobile boarding pass will be sent as a link via SMS (unless you’re on a Jetstar Japan (GK) domestic flight; you'll receive an email link instead).
  • Tap on the link to download your mobile boarding pass to your smartphone’s Wallet or Passbook app. You can open your mobile boarding pass on your smartphone’s browser but it will use data and require at least a 3G internet connection.
  • You should receive your mobile boarding pass within 30 minutes of checking in online. If you don’t receive it, please go to Web check-in to download and print a PDF boarding pass. If this isn’t possible, head to the airport to complete your check-in, and collect your boarding pass before check-in closes.
  • If you’ve only got carry-on baggage, you can go straight to the boarding gate and scan your mobile boarding pass. Don’t forget your phone!

Please note: We’re unable to resend mobile boarding passes. If you delete the SMS or can’t access your mobile boarding pass, you’ll need to go to Web check-in to download and print a PDF boarding pass, or get your boarding pass when you check in at the airport.

Do you have a checked baggage?

  1. Scan your mobile boarding pass at an airport kiosk (if available)
  2. Print your bag tags
  3. Attach them to the correct bags
  4. Drop off your bags
  5. Head to the boarding gate

If there’s no kiosk at the airport you’re departing from, you’ll need to take care of any checked baggage at the check-in counter. Once you’ve dropped your bags off, make your way to the boarding gate and scan your mobile boarding pass when you board.

Domestic flights departing from an international terminal

If you’re booked on a domestic flight departing from an international terminal, you’ll have to go to the check-in counter to show your boarding pass and identification.
