Checking In

Jetstar flight check in times and procedures vary depending on the type of flight you are taking. Please use the menu on the right to select the appropriate flight type to view your check in times and procedures.

Please note that deadline to make permitted changes for Starter fare and Starter fare with a Plus Bundle changed on 24/12/2012. For bookings made before 24/12/2012 Jetstar will waive the previous change deadline of 24 hours prior. As such, all passengers travelling on a Starter fare or Starter fare with Plus bundle will be able to make permitted changes up to the time the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport.
