StarKids
Your small change today can change a child's life tomorrow
Jetstar and World Vision have created StarKids to help improve the lives of some of the world's poorest children. Funds raised through StarKids will fund projects in a number of Jetstar's destinations including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and even Australia.
The aim of StarKids is to raise awareness of the causes and effects of poverty on children and their families through positive stories of hope and change, and to highlight the work World Vision is doing transforming the lives of vulnerable children.
StarKids will offer the millions of Australians travelling with Jetstar each year the opportunity to help change lives. The best way to change the life of a child like Tue (pictured above) is to change the world in which she lives. The small change given to World Vision through StarKids will go towards providing clean drinking water, basic healthcare and agricultural training. Which means families like Tue's can grow enough food to eat.
In the coming months, StarKids will be launching a number of different donation programs offering Jetstar passengers and staff the opportunity to give children like Tue a much brighter future.
