Qantas Frequent Flyer points and Status credits
Qantas Frequent Flyer members are eligible to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points and Status credits when travelling on a StarClass or JetFlex fare.
When making a StarClass or JetFlex booking, all you have to do is provide your Frequent Flyer number and you will receive points and Status credits upon travel. Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership and contact details are available in Jetstar's reservation system, allowing you to earn the points automatically. By logging on to jetstar.com as a Qantas Frequent Flyer and then providing consent, members can have their contact details from their Qantas Frequent Flyer profile automatically entered in their booking, making the booking process even faster.
If you do not want Jetstar to use your Qantas Frequent Flyer contact details for your Jetstar booking, just make your booking without logging on as a Qantas Frequent Flyer, and enter your contact details manually. You can still earn points by adding your Qantas Frequent Flyer number later in the booking process.
If members forget to include their Frequent Flyer details in their StarClass or JetFlex booking, they can send their boarding pass to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre for manual processing of points.
Qantas Frequent Flyers travelling on a Jetstar StarClass fare will earn equivalent points per mile and Status credits as earned on Qantas business flights. Qantas Frequent Flyers travelling on a Jetstar JetFlex fare will earn equivalent points per mile and Status credits as earned on Qantas flights. Both the 1000 point minimum earn and Status bonus for Silver, Gold and Platinum Frequent Flyer members will apply to these fare types. And of course Qantas Frequent Flyer members also have the opportunity to use points for Award flights on Jetstar flights, subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program terms and conditions.

Qantas Club
All StarClass passengers will have access to the Qantas Club when travelling on flights operated by Jetstar Airways Pty Limited. Qantas Club members travelling on JetSaver or JetFlex fares will continue to have access to the Qantas Club when travelling on flights operated by Jetstar Airways Pty Limited (JQ).
Lounge access is not available to Qantas Club members when travelling on Jetstar Asia (3K) or Valuair (VF).
