To help us ensure we get your flight away on schedule, after checking-in you need to make sure you are at your boarding gate on time.
Domestic passengers who check-in online are able to go straight to the boarding gate when they arrive at the airport. Remember to bring your boarding pass or mobile phone if you are using a SMS boarding pass.
For all international and intra-Asian flights, and domestic flights where you are checking in at the airport or travelling with checked baggage, you must check-in and/or drop off your baggage before proceeding to the boarding gate. Please ensure you arrive at the check-in or bag drop counter before our strict check-in closing times and proceed to the boarding gate before the times below. See our check-in pages for full details.
