Terms & conditions

• This promotion starts from 22 April to 30 June 2009.
• Entries of food reviews must be done on an eatery outside of the reviewer’s home city. Example: Singaporeans can only review eateries either in Hong Kong or Malaysia.
• Reviewers are allowed to submit as many entries as they would like during the promotional period.
• At the end of the promotion, two review entries from each of the three cities will be selected and winners will be notified via email.
• The decision of the winning entries is final and cannot be disputed.
• Winners will also be required to grant the organisers the use and rights of the winning entries and photos (if any) in all their advertising and publicity materials. Failure to comply with all these conditions may result in prize forfeiture.
• Air tickets prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, not inclusive of taxes and handling fees and subjected to other terms and conditions.
• If the promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason, including technical problems, the organisers reserve the right to cancel, curtail, modify or suspend the contest. In the event the contest is terminated early, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination.
