Terms and Conditions

• The Lucky Draw is open for participation by any Jetstar’s customer who has purchased
• - a valid Jetstar(3K/VF) air ticket and
• - a valid JetCover Travel Insurance OR AIG Assist Global Travel Insurance underwritten by American Home Assurance Company, Singapore Branch ( “AHA”) between the 12 October 2009 to 31 January 2010.
• The purchase of any of the above  travel insurances  must be:
• a. made simultaneously with the online flight booking from Jetstar’s website at www.jetstar.com; or
• b. via the URL link on the Flight Confirmation Email; or,
• c. Via any AXS stations islandwide. A valid flight booking reference number must be entered when purchasing via AXS stations to qualify for the Lucky Draw
• A Lucky Draw participant who qualifies to participate in the Lucky Draw shall not be eligible for any prize in the event that he / she cancels the travel policy thereafter.
• AHA reserves the right to void any entry for participation in the Lucky Draw or recall or refuse the offer of any prizes in the event of the cancellation of such policy, at its sole discretion
• Each Jetstar traveller will be eligible for 1 opportunity to participate in the Lucky Draw upon the issue of the policy by AHA.
• The lucky draw will be held at AIG Building, 22 Martin Road, Singapore 239058
• Winners will be notified by email and post.
• In the event of any disputes, AHA 's decision on this promotion and on any related matter is final and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
• AHA may at its sole discretion substitute or replace a prize with any other prize of equal or similar value at any time at its discretion and without notice.
• Save as aforesaid, a prize won by a successful lucky draw winner is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or partially or wholly replaced or substituted with any other goods / services at the request of such winner.
• Employees of AHA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
• AHA shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damages, costs, interests or expenses incurred in relation to the terms and conditions pertaining to the issuance of the air ticket by Jetstar nor for any liability arising out of this promotion, the redemption or the use of the prizes.
• The Jetstar voucher can be used for Jetstar (3K/VF) new bookings made within 1 months for travel within 3 months. All travel is subject to the applicable Jetstar carrier’s Conditions of Carriage.
• Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to usual booking conditions
• Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised within 1 month it will be forfeited.
• Jetstar Asia Airways Pte Ltd, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
