Jetstar understands the importance of getting you to your chosen destination on-time, every time. We strive to operate every flight and meet every arrival time shown in our published schedule and to do so without compromising safety.

Jetstar uses the computerised Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) to record on-time performance data. The definition of an ’on-time’ departure is one that departs from the designated bay no more than 15 minutes from the scheduled departure time in accordance with industry standards.
