For the purposes of identifying the applicable terms and conditions for your flight, please refer to you flight details and find the carrier code. The carrier code is the two letter designator that is shown at the start of your flight number.

Conditions of Carriage
The conditions of carriage are the rules that apply to your travel on Jetstar, including Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards.
Jetstar Group Fare Rules
In addition to the conditions of carriage, these are the rules that apply to the fare that you have booked, including Qantas and Jetstar Any Seat Awards. It sets out the important information regarding your fare, such as the changes permitted.

If you have one of our fares we have discontinued to offer for new bookings, please click on the appropriate fare rules below. Please note that passengers with a booking that includes travel after 15 May 2011 will be changed to an equivalent current fares (above)before the date of travel. For more information on this change, please refer to our information page about our fare changes.
Please note that as of 12th December 2012, the change deadline for Starter and Starter with Plus Bundle passengers has been extended up to before the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport. Airport check in opening times are available on your Jetstar itinerary or in checking-in options under Planning and booking.
Please note that deadline to make permitted changes for Starter fare and Starter fare with a Plus Bundle changed on 24/12/2012. For bookings made before 24/12/2012 Jetstar will waive the previous change deadline of 24 hours prior.. As such, those passengers will be able to make permitted changes up to the time the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport. Jetstar Holiday booking conditions
These Holiday booking conditions apply to each traveller included in bookings for Jetstar Holiday Packages and Land Content. Land content refers to non-airfare components such as activities, hotels and cars.You will be sent the appropriate holiday conditions with your itinerary when you complete your booking.
The holidays conditions apply to you, depend on the country where you made your booking. For example, if you booked a flight whilst you were in Australia on our Australian website, the Holiday conditions for bookings made whilst in Australia are applicable.
