Gold Coast and Auckland Akarana Lounges
Jetstar offers our passengers exclusive use of two fantastic Lounges. The Gold Coast Lounge located at Gold Coast Airport, and the Akarana Lounge located at Auckland Airport, New Zealand.
Lounge access can be purchased on the door, or you can save by pre-purchasing when booking your flight online or by calling Jetstar Reservations. We are also pleased to offer lounge access free of charge for children 6 years and under. Passengers departing on a Business Max fare where their next onward flight that day is in the Business cabin will also receive free access to the Gold Coast Lounge.

Business Max Passengers
When flying Business Max on a Jetstar operated flight with a JQ, 3K or VF flight number (or QF flight number for Qantas passengers travelling codeshare), passengers departing from airports with a Qantas Club, Jetstar partner lounge, or the Gold Coast Lounge will receive complimentary access prior to their international flight where seated in the Business Cabin. Access is permitted once check-in has opened for your flight, up to when the flight commences boarding.
It is important to note that lounge access is not provided for passengers on arrival or for any connecting flights where the passenger is seated in the economy cabin.
Business Class passengers that have not purchased a Max bundle do not receive access to the lounges, unless that the lounge is a Qantas Club lounge and the passenger is a Qantas Club member (see further below).

Qantas Club Members
Qantas Club members whose next onward flight that day is a Jetstar operated flight with a JQ, 3K or VF flight number will gain complimentary access to the Qantas Club, where available. Access is not available to Qantas partner airline lounges or associated lounges.
Qantas Club Members can access the Gold Coast or Akarana Lounge upon payment of the Lounge entrance fee when flying on a Jetstar flight.
