Jetstar operates from both Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Avalon Airports. Please check your itinerary carefully to make sure you have identified which airport you are leaving from. Services to and from Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth operate from Avalon, while all other routes operate from Tullamarine.

At Melbourne Airport, Jetstar is located in Qantas domestic terminal at the right hand end of the terminal as you enter the building. For international flights, Jetstar operates out of the international terminal (T2).

To get to Avalon Airport, please follow the freeway signs which will direct you to the airport.

Transferring from international flights to Jetstar flights

When transferring from international flights to Jetstar flights, you will always need to first collect your baggage and clear customs, then proceed with your baggage to Jetstar check-in located in the domestic terminal.

• walk to Jetstar check-in which is located past the Qantas domestic check-in area
• International terminal and domestic terminals are in the same building
