Surabaya's Juanda airport is 17km from the city centre. Airport taxis operate on a coupon system, there are also regular Damri buses running to and from the city centre. Surabaya has an extensive Damri city bus network, with normal buses and patas buses. The city has plenty of bemos (mini buses) and air-conditioned metered taxis.
