Fremantle Markets

Originally opened in 1897, the colourful Fremantle Markets was reopened in 1975 and today draws slow-moving crowds combing over souvenirs like plastic boomerangs and swan-shaped magnets. The fresh produce section is a good place to stock up on snacks.
