Jetstar’s passenger lounge is the impressive Gold Coast Lounge located at Gold Coast Airport.

Exclusive to passengers travelling with Jetstar, the Gold Coast Lounge offers a range of features designed to make your travel experience a comfortable and enjoyable one. These include two designated children’s areas (a play area and a kid’s cinema), lounge chairs, complimentary food and beverages, wireless Internet access for passengers with laptops and plasma screens showing television news, music videos and movies.

The Gold Coast Lounge is a great place to relax in a friendly and welcoming environment away from the noise and distraction of the terminal, where you can read complimentary magazines and newspapers, check your emails on your laptop and charge your mobile phone.

With free entry for children six years and under and two separate areas where they can play or sit on beanbags and watch movies with their parents, the lounge is ideal for entertaining little ones while waiting for your flight. If you’re a StarClass ticket holder you can use the Gold Coast Lounge for free.

Price

The Gold Coast Lounge costs $9.99 pre-purchased (before travel) from Jetstar.com or through Jetstar Reservations, or $15.00 at the door.
StarClass passengers and children six years and under are admitted free of charge.

Hours

The Gold Coast Lounge opens 45 minutes prior to the first scheduled Jetstar flight departure and closes at the boarding call of the last scheduled Jetstar flight departure.

Location

The Gold Coast Lounge is located through security in the domestic departure lounge at Gold Coast Airport.

How to book

When you book your flight from the Gold Coast at Jetstar.com, you’ll be given the option of booking the Gold Coast Lounge at a discounted rate. If you forget to pre-pay when booking your flight you can still call Jetstar Reservations up until the day before departure to receive a discounted entry rate. If you decide to use the Gold Coast Lounge when you’re at the airport, you can pay for entry at the door.
