In this section we’ll tell you everything you need to know about how to book online, how to make changes to your booking and how to make group bookings. Of course if you’d prefer to talk to someone about your booking, you can always phone our friendly Reservation Centre.

Online payment options

You can book at Jetstar.com with these three payment options:

Credit card

If you want to pay by credit card, select “Credit card” tab. We only accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, JCB and American Express.

Note: The card has registered internet banking issued by issuer bank. Please enter your credit card payment details on the screen, e.g. “card type”, “card number”, “card holder name”, “expiration date” and “CVV/CVC” code. Then click “Purchase”. Please view instruction for online booking here.

Local debit card

Payment process by local debit card

Step 1: On the payment page, select payment option “Debit card”. Then select “Purchase”
Step 2: Payment gateway OnePay appears. Then select the logo of the issuing bank.
Step 3: The issuing bank’s payment page will appear. Follow the instructions on this page to finish the transaction and receive the “Itinerary”.

If you want to pay by local debit card (ATM card), select the “Debit card” tab. We only accept payments with the following banks (below). Click on the link to download the detailed payment process for each bank:

Voucher

If you select payment by Jetstar voucher, select the "Voucher" tab. Please enter your “Voucher Code” and “Voucher Number”, then click “Purchase”

Book now and pay later

You can book at Jetstar.com or call Jetstar Pacific’s Guest Call Center +84 1900 1550 and make the payment later with the following options:

  • Go to any Jetstar Pacific’s booking office, or airport.
  • Provide all necessary information.
  • Upon acceptance of the payment, a deposit slip will be issued to you by the staff.

Booking confirmation:

  • Techcombank: Jetstar Pacific staff will confirm the booking if all information you provided is valid
  • Other banks: Bank staff will confirm the booking if all the information you provided is valid

How to pay:

  • Go to an ATM point, use your debit card and PIN number to login. On main screen menu, please select “Value added services”, “Late payment” and then item “Jetstar Pacific ticket”
  • Enter your booking reservation number (PNR) and confirm the payment amount
  • You’ll receive notification of your successful transaction, select “yes/no” to print the invoice

At post offices nationwide

How to pay:

  • Go to any Vietnam Post office nationwide.
  • Provide all necessary information.
  • Upon acceptance of the payment, a deposit slip will be issued to you by the staff.
  • Booking confirmation: The post office staff will confirm the booking if all information you provided are valid.

Online payments with internet banking

We only accept internet banking payments from the following banks (below). Click on the links to download detailed payment processes for each bank.

Thanh toán bằng mobile

Thanh toán bằng mobile payments are via the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV).

Payoo website or Accepted Bill Payment Points (connected with Payoo)

Simply visit the Payoo website, select “Thanh Toán Hóa Đơn”, select “Loại dịch vụ” select “Vé xe/ vé máy bay”, select “Đơn vị cung cấp” is “Jetstar”, enter reservation code (PNR) and follow the instructions. A Booking and Service Fee will apply per passenger per booking.

You can also make payment later at any Accepted Bill Payment Point (connected with Payoo) nationwide.

What you’ll need:

  • Jetstar Pacific’s Confirmation Number (PNR) - available on the Confirmation (next) page
  • Name of passengers
  • Total amount due
  • Itinerary, departure and arrival time

How to pay:

  • Go to any Accepted Bill Payment Points (connected with Payoo) nationwide.
  • Provide all necessary information (as above).
  • Staff at Accepted Bill Payment Points will process your payment, confirm your reservation code (PNR) and issue the invoice for you
  • If needed Jetstar Pacific staff will contact you to reconfirm the information.
  • You can contact our Guest Contact Center (1900 1550) to check your booking status. You also can come to our Booking Office to get an e-ticket printed or request an e-ticket to be sent to your email address.
  • Payment must be made up to 24 hours prior to your flight’s departure and within 24 hours from the time of booking, whichever condition comes first.
  • For check-in at the airport, simply provide your booking confirmation number or a copy of your itinerary to Jetstar Pacific’s staff at the airport.
