Jetstar Pacific has successfully deployed check-in "mobile" service   using wireless internet which allows passengers to check in the flight without visiting the check-in counter. This is the first time Jetstar Pacific apply this technology in Vietnam. In the first phase, the service will be applied in the 3 major airports: Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi.

1 / Service is designed with software system integrated in handheld tablet and a small printer carried by our staffs. This devices use the wireless Internet at airport which allows our staffs could do the check-in process as well as print boarding passes for passengers anywhere without requesting them to get in lines.
2 / After finish the iPad Check-in process:
  •  If you don’t have any checked baggage, you have finished the check-in process and could go to boarding gate.
  • If you have checked baggage, you have to go to the reserved desk which only use for the passenger has boarding passes already. At this desk, passengers just need to procedures luggage and go to boarding gate.
