Online payment methods
You can book at jetstar.com and make the payment online as follow:
You need to fill all the information in “Passenger Details” and “Contact Details” sections.
Online payment can be made by following ways:
- Credit card
- Local debit card (ATM card)
- Voucher
1. Credit card payment
If you want to pay by credit card, select “Credit card” tab. Our system currently only accepts payment with
- VISA (Credit card and Debit card)
- MASTER (Credit card)
- JCB (Credit card)
- American Express (Credit card)
Please enter your credit card payment details on the screen, e.g. “card type”, “card number”, “card holder name”, “expiration date” and “CVV/CVC” code.
Then click “Purchase”
2. Online payment method with Internet Banking
Our system currently only accepts Internet Banking payment with:
- Online payment with Techcombank’s F@st i-Bank service
- Online payment with DongA eBanking
- Online payment with Tienphongbank eBanking

3. Local debit card payment (ATM card) at jetstar.com
If you want to pay by local debit card (ATM card), select “Debit card” tab. Our system currently only accepts payment with:
- Connect 24 local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Joint stock commercial bank for foreign trade of Vietnam - Vietcombank
- VietinBank E-Partner local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Vietnam joint stock commercial bank for Industry and Trade – VietinBank
- VIB local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Vietnam International Bank
- Dong A local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Dong A Bank
- HDBank local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by HDBank
- SHB local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by SHB
- Eximbank local debit card (ATM card) registered internet banking issued by Eximbank
Payment process by local debit card (ATM card)

Step 1: On payment page, select payment method “Debit card”

Step 2: Payment gateway OnePay appear. You need to enter information about “Card holder name”, “Card number” and “Card issue date”. Then select “Continue”

Step 3: Issuing bank’s payment page appear. You need to follow instructions on this page to finish the transaction and receive the “Itinerary”.

4. Jetstar voucher payment
If you select payment by Jetstar voucher , select “Voucher” tab. Please enter your “Voucher Code” and “Voucher Number”. Then click “Purchase”
Book now and pay later
You can book at jetstar.com or call Jetstar Pacific’s Guest Call Center (+84 1900 1550) and make the payment later at:
1. Jetstar Pacific’s booking offices or at the airports

Please have the following handy when you make your payment:
- Jetstar Pacific’s confirmation number (PNR)
- Name of passenger
- Total amount due
- Contact details
Note:
- The payment is only available up to 48 hours prior to departure of your flight and payment must be made within 48 hours after from time of booking made, depends on what condition come first.
- Please check ticketing offices’ working hours.
- Jetstar Pacific will not take any responsibility if you do not provide correctly all necessary information.
How to pay:
- Go to any Jetstar Pacific’s booking offices or at the airports.
- Provide all necessary information.
- Upon acceptance of the payment, a deposit slip will be issued by the staff.
- Jetstar Pacific will confirm the booking if all informations you provided are valid. If needed we will contact you to reconfirm these informations.
- You can contact to Jetstar Pacific’s Guest Contact Center (1900 1550) to check your booking status. You also can come to our Booking Office to get e-ticket printed for you or request to get e-ticket sent to your email
- For check-in, just inform your booking confirmation number or show the copy of your itinerary.
2. Banking transaction points

- Jetstar Pacific’s confirmation number (PNR)
- Name of passenger
- Total amount due
- Contact details

- The payment is only available up to 48 hours prior to departure of your flight and payment must be made within 48 hours after from time of booking made, depends on what condition come first.

- Jetstar Pacific will not take any responsibility if you do not provide correctly all necessary information.
How to pay:
- Go to any following bank’s transaction points:

- Provide all necessary information.
- Upon acceptance of the payment, a deposit slip will be issued by the staff.
- Techcombank: Jetstar Pacific staff will confirm the booking if all information you provided are valid
- BIDV: Bank’s staff will confirm the booking if all information you provided are valid
- If needed Jetstar Pacific staff will contact you to reconfirm this information.
- You can contact to Jetstar Pacific’s Guest Contact Center (1900 1550) to check your booking status. You also can come to our Booking Office to get e-ticket printed for you or request to get e-ticket sent to your email
- For check-in, just inform your booking confirmation number or show the copy of your itinerary.
3. Bank’s ATM machine network

Note:
- The payment is only available up to 48 hours prior to departure of your flight and payment must be made within 48 hours after from time of booking made, depends on what condition come first.
- Jetstar Pacific will not take any responsibility if you do not provide correctly all necessary information.
How to pay:
- Go to ATM point, use your debit card and PIN number to login. On main screen menu, please select “Value added services” then select “Late payment” and select item “Jetstar Pacific ticket”
- Enter booking reservation number (PNR) and confirm the amount of payment
- Customer receives the notification of suscessful transaction, select yes/no to print the invoice.
4. At post offices nationwide
Please have the following handy when you make your payment:
- Jetstar Pacific’s confirmation number (PNR)
- Name of passenger
- Total amount due
- Contact details
Note:
- The payment is only available up to 48 hours prior to departure of your flight and payment must be made within 48 hours after from time of booking made, depends on what condition come first.

How to pay:
- Go to any post offices nationwide. (View all post offices here: Northern, Middle, Southern)
- Provide all necessary information.
- Upon acceptance of the payment, a deposit slip will be issued by the staff.
- Booking confirmation:
- The post office staff will confirm the booking if all information you provided are valid. If needed we will contact you to reconfirm these information.
You can contact to our Guest Contact Center to check your booking status. You also can come to our Booking Office to get e-ticket printed for you or request to get e-ticket sent to your email
For check-in, just inform your booking confirmation number or show the copy of your itinerary.
