Transiting in Singapore
If you’re travelling on a Jetstar flight to or from Singapore, you can only transit onto another flight at Changi Airport without clearing customs if:
1. You are connecting onto one of the listed airlines (see below), and
2. Your departing and connecting flights are on the same itinerary
If the above does not apply to you, you will not be considered a transit passenger and you will need to meet all Singapore entry requirements.
After a Jetstar Airways (JQ) or Jetstar Asia (3K) flight, your connecting flight must be with another Jetstar flight (JQ or 3K) or operated by the following codeshare and interline partner airlines:
- Air France (AF)
- British Airways (BA)
- Emirates (EK)
- Fiji Airways (FJ)
- Finnair (AY)
- KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL)
- Qantas (QF)
- Qatar Airways (QR) (3K only)
- Turkish Airlines (TK)
- SriLankan Airlines (UL)
- Swiss International Air Lines (LX)
For transit passengers
If the above applies to you, you must:
- meet applicable airline and end destination vaccination requirements, the strictest rules will apply
- complete any other entry and airline requirements for your next destination
Requirements can change at short notice, always check government websites for the latest information.
