Room information

Our 2 bedroom apartments are located on the first level and have easy access to the heated saltwater pool and barbecue area. The apartments are spacious, modern and individually furnished. The apartments are fully self-contained and great for families, couples or solo guests who want well-appointed and well-priced accommodation. Enjoy a comfortable queen size bed and two single beds, one bathroom with laundry facilities, a fully operational kitchen and plenty of living space, central reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The beach-side apartments also have a patio and a small private, fenced garden area. For people who like that extra bit of privacy or families who prefer a fenced play area for their young children, the beach side apartments are ideal. We provide a starter pack to guests which contain toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish-washing sachets, a washing powder sachet and tea and coffee facilities. Guests will need to purchase their own provisions once these have been used.

The 3 bedroom apartments offer the style and spaciousness of 2-storey accommodation with an open mezzanine-style bedroom and en-suite shower room upstairs. These apartments are self-contained with full kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Offering high ceilings they are wonderfully light and airy, and provide plenty of space and room to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The bedding configuration contains two queen size beds, and 2 single beds. All apartments are individually furnished with large front and back balconies overlooking the pool and courtyard garden area and offer reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Couples, families and larger groups alike will really enjoy the space these apartments offer. We provide a starter pack to guests which contains toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish-washing sachets, a washing powder sachet and tea and coffee facilities. Guests will need to purchase their own provisions once these have been used. Please note: all our 3 bedroom apartments are located on the second floor of the complex (approximately 20 stairs and unfortunately there are no lifts).

Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4pm. Saturday and Sunday between 9am - 2pm. If you will be arriving outside of these hours, please contact the office to let us know. Check‐in time is from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on the date of your arrival. If arriving later than 5.00 pm please contact our office, prior to your arrival, to organize check‐in. Check‐out is by 10.00 am on the date of departure ‐ late check out fees ($75 per hour or part thereof) will be charged. All apartments are SMOKE FREE. It is permitted on your outdoor balcony/patio. In the event that smoking is detected in an apartment a minimum $300 cleaning fee will apply.    We reserve the right to expel any guest/invitee that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour or causes damage to the apartment or building. No refund of any tariff paid will be provided. *Definition of Noise: If other people can hear your music, TV and or voices outside your Apartment after 10:00 pm, then it is noise. Any breakages, damage to apartment or lost keys ($150 per key) must be paid for by the tenant. Please report any breakages or appliance failures to the office.  We reserve the right to charge your credit card or keep any bond taken to help cover the costs of any breakages or damages. In the event that you require us to open your apartment or security safe, or our Security Company have been called out due to a complaint, an “out of normal office hours”  fee of $100 will apply.    We advise that you should take care to lock and secure your apartment and valuables at all times. We do not take any responsibility for personal items lost or stolen – please use the room safe provided.
Bed Types are requests only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
