As a shared experience we ask all guests to follow certain principles and guidelines.
• Check-out is 10AM, unless a late checkout has been pre-arranged.
• Late checkouts after 12PM will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
• Visitors are not permitted on guest levels or in guest-only communal areas.
• No sleeping bags are permitted as they can carry unwanted pests.
• No bikes, drugs, smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property.
• No food or drink (besides water) is permitted inside the rooms.
• No large electrical items such as TV’s, e-bike batteries, heaters or other fire hazards.
• No sleeping in communal areas - that’s what the beds are for.
Guests who do not follow principles may have their booking cancelled.
• We hold no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings.
• Guests must label and date food in kitchens otherwise it will be discarded.
• Guests are required to wash and return items used within the kitchen for other guests.
• Full payment for stays must be made prior to or upon check-in.
• Extensions must be confirmed as your access will be deactivated and belongings removed.
• Staff on-shift may conduct regular room checks.
• To respect neighbours, we ask for no noise outside the premises.
• Certain areas will be closed early to allow rest for both guests and neighbours.
• We reserve the right to evict without refund any individuals who do not comply.
• Non-compliance with eviction instructions will result in the authorities being contacted.
