Purchase a Starter fare with a Plus or Max bundle, or a Business Class fare with a Max bundle on Jetstar Airways (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Japan (GK) flights and you’ll have the option to receive a Jetstar Flight Rewards Voucher or you could earn loyalty points from our affiliated frequent flyer partner programs (members only).
If you choose to receive a Jetstar Flight Rewards Voucher, the voucher will be issued within 7 days of the completion of each flight and emailed to the registered address in the passenger’s booking. Customers who do not travel on the flight will not receive a Jetstar Flight Rewards Voucher.
The currency of the voucher issued will depend on the currency of the booking and the amount varies depending on the fare and bundle you have purchased.
