Credit, debit or charge card
We accept international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and UATP cards. Diners Club is available if your (first) flight is operated by Jetstar Airways (JQ) or Jetstar Asia (3K) or Jetstar Pacific (BL). A Booking and Service Fee will apply. Australian residents can pay with Jetstar credit cards issued in Australia and avoid the Booking and Service Fee.
You can also pay for your Jetstar flights using UnionPay. When you choose this option, you'll be redirected to the UnionPay website. A Booking and Service fee per passenger per flight will apply.
Card foreign transaction fee
Your credit or debit card payments may be processed outside the country where you purchased your booking. The bank that issued your card may identify your credit or debit card payment as a foreign transaction and charge you a fee. For further information, please contact your bank.
If you have a bank account issued in mainland China, you can pay for your Jetstar flights using Alipay opens in new window. When you choose this option, you'll be redirected to the Alipay site or app. A Booking and Service fee per passenger per flight will apply.
Alipay is available in the following currencies: Chinese yuan (CNY), US dollars (USD), Australian dollars (AUD), Hong Kong dollars (HKD), Singapore dollars (SGD) and Japanese yen (JPY).
If you have a bank account issued in mainland China, you can pay for your Jetstar flights using WeChat Pay. When you choose this option, you'll be redirected to a secure payment gateway (hosted by our partner WorldPay) where you’ll use your WeChat app to scan a QR code. A Booking and Service Fee will apply. (Please note: WeChat Pay is currently only available on the desktop version of jetstar.com.)
Vouchers issued by Jetstar can be used for part or full payment of your fare. Please note that vouchers can only be used once and any unused portion of the value of a voucher will be forfeited. No Booking and Service Fee applies.
If there is a remaining balance, you must pay this on jetstar.com or the Jetstar app with another voucher or by credit, debit or charge card. Voucher and payments using Jetstar credit cards issued in Australia are fee-free; however a Booking and Service Fee will apply to credit, debit and charge cards.
WELLNET is a payment service you can access at participating convenience stores, bank ATMs, internet banking services and Japan Post Bank.
A Booking and Service Fee will apply.
If you choose to pay with PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.
