Updated Jetstar fares and bundles

Jetstar updated its fares and bundles. What’s included in some of our bundles has changed, and the fare rules have been updated. For an overview of the bundles and inclusions, check the Fare Rules, and our economy and business pages below.

Staying on your original fare

If you purchased a fare or bundle before 4 June 2024, you are free to remain on that fare or fare with bundle until your flights are completed. If you stay on your original Flex, Plus or Starter Max bundle, the fare rules, fees, and inclusions that applied at the time you purchased your fare or bundle will apply for the duration of your booking. If your original booking was a Starter, Business or Business Max, your fare inclusions remain the same and the updated fare rules now apply to your fare. For details, see Fare Rules. Important:
  • It is OK for you to stay on your original fare

Changing your bundle

If you made your original booking before 4 June 2024, you can add a bundle to your Starter fare or change your current bundle when you go to the ‘Change flights’ section at Manage booking. If you choose to change fares or bundles, the fees and inclusions may also change, and your fare or fare with bundle will now come under the updated fare rules. Please check the inclusions of your new fare or bundle. Important:
  • Check the inclusions, fees and fare rules that apply to the new fare or bundle you choose
  • Remember, if you choose to add a bundle to your fare, or move to a new bundle, the updated fare rules will apply.
