Important: If you’ve booked a hire car, your booking is with the car rental company, not Jetstar. Jetstar is not responsible for the management of car hire bookings. For all enquiries, disruptions, and booking changes, please contact your car rental company directly, using the details below.

For active car hire bookings made via jetstar.com (powered by CarTrawler), you can manage your booking here. After entering your email and booking number*, you’ll be able to:
  • change your booking
  • update the driver details
  • access FAQs and Help Centre content
*Please refer to your confirmation email for details regarding your car rental reservation.

All vehicle bookings made on jetstar.com are subject to suppliers’ rental agreements on collection of the rental vehicle.
