When you travel for business you need to be flexible as meetings can be changed, overrun, postponed or cancelled. With the Flex bundle you can easily change your flights or get a credit voucher and save the money for your next trip.

When you are flying you like to speed through the airport. Select an upfront seat for fast disembarkation so you are the first to beat queue’s and bring a second small under-seat item to carry-on so you don’t have to wait at the luggage belt for any checked bags.

Here are the details...

Same-day flight change FREE

Move to another flight departing on the same day for free.

  • Change your flight from 12am on the day of departure until airport check-in opens via the Jetstar app, jetstar.com or call centre, or airport check-in closes via our airport check-in counter.
  • Easy to change through Manage booking or the Jetstar app.
  • Subject to availability and must be to and from the same destination and origin.
  • You can also move your flight to another day – no change fee applies, but you may pay fare difference.

FREE cancellation:

Cancel your flight and get a credit voucher for the full amount.

  • Available until check-in opens for your flight.
  • You can cancel your flight through Manage booking or the Jetstar app.
  • You’ll be able to use your credit voucher to purchase flights only. It is valid for six months and can only be used by the passenger named on the original booking. See full terms and conditions.
  • Voucher will be issued for the amount paid, including any Fare Difference or add-ons (excluding hotels, activities, insurance and car hire) paid after your original Flex booking

An extra 7kg carry-on baggage

You get 14kg carry-on baggage – that’s 7kg extra!

  • You can bring one main item plus one small item like a laptop bag, handbag or backpack, with a combined weight of 14kg. Only available on selected routes.
  • The small item must fit under the seat in front of you.
  • No single item can weigh more than 10kg.
  • If your items exceed the weight, size or item limits you will need to purchase a checked baggage allowance and fees will apply.
