The wireless signal your device receives is restricted to your aircraft, so it doesn’t give you access to the internet or social media. You won’t be able to make calls or send SMS messages either - but with so much entertainment at your fingertips, you won’t mind!
No. You’ll find Jetstar Entertainment+ on Jetstar Airways (JQ) flights where you’re flying on an A320 or A321LR NEO aircraft (subject to availability).
No. Your preferred device, which you connect and pay for any entertainment plan with, is the only device you can use to stream Jetstar Entertainment+ during your flight.

Headphones only available on Boeing 787 Dreamliners. If your flight is on an A320 or A321 aircraft, be sure to bring your own headphones. While many of our aircraft have in-seat charging ports, we recommend charging your device before flying.
While seatback entertainment can be purchased before you fly, Jetstar Entertainment+ can only be purchased on board. It is not available to buy in advance.
