Important: If you’ve booked a hire car, your booking is with the car rental company, not Jetstar. Jetstar is not responsible for the management of car hire bookings. For all enquiries, disruptions and booking changes, please contact your car rental company directly, using the details below.

  • update the driver details
  • access FAQs and Help Centre content.
