I booked my holiday through a travel agent – what should I do?

As with flight-only bookings, if you made your booking through a travel agent or third-party website (eg House of Travel) please contact them for assistance.

I’ve paid for a Club Jetstar membership that I can’t use on flights.

We automatically extended all Club Jetstar memberships for members who joined before 27 March 2020 at no cost, to ensure customers could access benefits longer. An additional six months was added onto those memberships.
