If you’re successful through the Jetstar selection process you will secure a position in our comprehensive training program. Training will be conducted mainly in our training facility at Changi airport.

The program is demanding and will cover a variety of topics including Customer Service topics such as In-flight Sales Training; Service Flow & SOPs; Grooming & Deportment; Communication & Announcement training and Safety and Emergency topics such as In-flight Emergencies; First Aid, CPR & Child birth; Fire Fighting & Evacuation; Jungle & Sea survival; Crowd control & Self Defence; Simulated Cabin Training and Regulatory Rules & SOPs.

Although intensive, it’s delivered in a fun and informative way with experienced trainers to ensure that you’re confident and ready to take to the skies.

Jetstar is a fast growing airline and those with the ability to lead a team, ensure high safety standards and provide quality customer service, will have the opportunity to move up the ranks from Cabin Crew to Senior Cabin Crew to Customer Service Manager when vacancies become available.
