Lounge access for Business Max passengers

If you have a Business Class fare and you’ve purchased a Max bundle, and you’re departing on international flights with a JQ or QF code, you’ll have lounge access 1 where available. Access is available once check-in has opened, and closes when your flight starts boarding. Lounge access is not available on arrival at your destination, or when you have a connecting flight for which you have not purchased a Business Class fare with Max bundle 2. Access to the following lounges is available for Business Max passengers:

Note that Qantas Club members whose next onward flight that day is a Jetstar flight with a JQ flight number will have complimentary access to the Qantas Club, where available. Lounge access and facilities are subject to availability.

Business Class passengers who haven't purchased a Max bundle don't receive access to the lounges, unless the lounge is a Qantas Club lounge and the passenger is a Qantas Club member.
