There are strict weight and size limits to how much carry-on baggage you can bring on board:
- Starter, Starter Plus, Starter Max^ & Flex Plus passengers: a main item and a small item, with a combined weight of no more than 7kg.
- Flex passengers who have made a booking:
- From 4 June 2024: a main item and a small item, with a combined weight of no more than 7kg.
- Before 4 June 2024: a main item and a small item, with a combined weight of no more than 14kg.
- +7kg Extra Carry-On Baggage (not available for all flights), Business & Business Max passengers: a main item and a small item with a combined weight of no more than 14kg. No single item can weigh more than 10kg. Limited availability per flight.
The above inclusions are for fares and bundles booked directly with Jetstar. For bookings made through a travel agent or another airline, please contact them for assistance as you may have different inclusions in your fare or bundle type compared to those shown above.
Your main item must fit in the overhead lockers and be no larger than 56cm (height) x 36cm (width) x 23cm (depth). Your small item must fit under the seat in front of you. If you exceed either size or weight limits, charges will apply at the airport.
