Jetstar Asia (3K) permanently ceased operations on Thursday 31 July 2025.This followed an extensive and careful review of the airline and the challenges it has faced in recent years with escalating supplier costs, airport fees and aviation charges, as well as growing capacity and competition in the region.The decision does not impact any Jetstar Airways (JQ) flights, including JQ international flights between Australia and Southeast Asia, or any Jetstar Japan (GK) flights. If you have a current Jetstar voucher related to travel with Jetstar Asia (3K) with an available balance, you’ll be contacted in August to arrange converting your remaining voucher balance to a monetary refund.Club Jetstar memberships

From 1 May 2025, all visitors to Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival, whether entering by air, land, or sea. This replaces the previous paper-based arrival form, streamlining the immigration process.Key Information:

Registration must be completed within 3 days before arrival.
