Delayed, cancelled or rescheduled flights
Travel expense requests
If you were notified of an overnight delay on the day you were supposed to travel, and your home is more than one hour’s travel from the airport, you may be eligible to be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses.
You will need to provide receipts for verification and complete a travel expense request form. We will get back to you within 15 business days.
Please note that sending a request does not guarantee a refund or reimbursement.
Change or cancel a booking
Compassionate request
If you're unable to travel because someone you were travelling with, or an immediate family member, has died or has a serious illness, you may wish to make a compassionate request. Bookings are generally non-refundable and limited changes are permitted (charges apply), but we may be able to offer you some different options on compassionate grounds. Lost, damaged and delayed baggage
Please go to the baggage services page for help with lost baggage. Please have any relevant baggage receipts or claim documents with you for us to check online.
Payment problems
For information on how you can pay for your flights, go to Payment options.
To check the status of a payment you've already made, or to resend your itinerary go to Manage booking.
Remember: your itinerary is also your tax invoice.
If you've had a problem with your payment, please complete a billing or payment form and we’ll get back to you within 15 business days.
