Jetstar Pacific (BL) Baggage Services Regulations

Economy Starter fares (including Starter Plus and Starter Max fares) do not include any checked baggage allowance, unless you purchase a Checked Baggage allowance in addition to your fare.

Checked baggage fees shall be applicable as follows:

• At the time of booking, it is cheapest to add a checked baggage allowance. Upon demand, customer can select different checked baggage allowances varying from 15kg – 40kg.
• During the period of post booking, the applicable fees are higher. Customer can select different baggage allowance varying from 5kg – 40 kg. Customer who has not purchased a checked baggage allowance initially can select baggage allowance of at least 15kg.
• At the airport, the applicable fees are highest. Customer who has not purchased a checked baggage allowance will be upgraded to baggage allowance of at least 20kg.

Currently, Jetstar Pacific can only guarantee uplift of 40kgs maximum weight per passenger.

Conditions and terms:

• Baggage allowance are subject to the same refund policy as the fare.
• Baggage allowance booked as part of a non-refundable fare (e.g. a Starter fare) are non-refundable.
• Baggage allowance booked as part of a refundable fare are refundable only if the fare is refunded.

Restrictions on checked baggage

You must not include in your Checked Baggage:

• Fragile, delicate or perishable items
• Computers
• Items with a special value, such as money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware
• Negotiable papers, share certificates, securities or other valuable documents
• Cameras
• Electronic equipment
• Commercial goods or business documents
• Passports and other travel documents

The airline will not be liable for any inconvenience or Damage you suffer if you have ignored our requirements and included these item/s as Checked Baggage.
