Check travel requirements
Enter your destination and dates in our search tool to see what you need for travel.^
Travel requirements are different for each destination and can change at short notice. Always check government websites for updates before your flights, including connecting and transit flights.
If you're still exploring your options, use our interactive map tool instead to view travel requirements for multiple destinations.
Providing proof of vaccination
While Jetstar no longer requires passengers to be vaccinated for international flights, your destination may require you to show proof of vaccination to permit entry. Before you travel, view the latest travel requirements for your destination. If you have a connecting flight, be sure to check requirements for transit destinations and connecting airlines as additional vaccination requirements may apply. You will need to follow the strictest requirements.
If your destination requires proof of vaccination, you'll need to bring your vaccination certificate to check in for your flight. If you were vaccinated in Australia, this means you'll need your International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
COVID-19 medical exemptions
If your destination requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination but you cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, you may be able to travel with a medical vaccination exemption.
Have you recently had COVID-19?
If testing is required for your destination and you cannot show a negative COVID-19 test due to a past infection, you may still be able to travel by submitting a past positive medical clearance in advance.
If you have a medical vaccination exemption or past positive medical clearance accepted by Jetstar, you must check it is also accepted by your destination (including connecting or transit flight destinations). Some countries do not accept medical exemptions or past positive clearances. Learn more

Transiting within Australia? Travel requirements vary between Australian states and territories.
While we offer guidance on our website, travel requirements are set out by the government and can change quite quickly. It is your responsibility to research and understand what is required of you to travel to your destination. We may not be able to assist you if you fail to provide the required documentation.
^For the purposes of this guidance, each destination defines fully vaccinated from COVID-19 according to their own rules.
