How to join

Joining Club Jetstar is super easy! Signing up via the Club Jetstar page
To sign up via the Club Jetstar page, simply select ‘Join the club’ and follow the steps. You’ll be asked to accept our terms and conditions as part of the joining process. Signing up during a new booking
To sign up during a new booking, choose a Club Jetstar purple fare and select ‘Add membership’ when prompted. Your new membership will appear in your booking/payment summary, along with your flight details and any other products you’re purchasing – with relevant Club Jetstar discounts applied.

How long does membership last?

Your membership lasts for one year, and you can start enjoying the benefits immediately.
If you paid by credit card, Jetstar will securely store your card details and automatically renew your membership every 12 months on the anniversary of your joining date, unless you cancel your membership or turn off auto-renew before then. Read more about renewals here.

How to check if you’re still a Club Jetstar member

Not sure if you’re still a member? You can check by signing in to your account. If you’re still a member, you’ll see a purple ‘Club Jetstar member’ tag under your name, and will be able to access your ‘Club Jetstar settings’.
