Check-in and boarding time
Enjoy a smooth travel experience by leaving plenty of time to get through the airport.
It's worth remembering that check-in for flights opens 2 hours before departure in the domestic terminal and 3 hours before departure for the international terminal.
The final hour before a flight is always the busiest and if you arrive during this period you may need to wait before assistance can be provided (including for a wheelchair to be available and for our staff to assist you to the departure gate).
To help make sure we can give you any required assistance in a timely manner, please allow the following amount of time for check-in and boarding.
Of course, you don't have to wait for us - if you don’t need our assistance to the gate and you're keen to grab a bite to eat or just relax before your flight, you're more than welcome to make your own way to the boarding gate. Just make sure you get there with enough time to make your flight.
