For the purposes of identifying the applicable terms and conditions for your flight, please refer to your flight details and find the carrier code. The carrier code is the two letter designator that is shown at the start of your flight number.

Conditions of Carriage

The conditions of carriage are the rules that apply to your travel on Jetstar, including Qantas Frequent Flyer Points Plus Pay - Flights.

Jetstar Group fare rules

In addition to the conditions of carriage, these are the rules that apply to the fare that you have booked, including Qantas Frequent Flyer Points Plus Pay – Flights. It sets out the important information regarding your fare, such as the changes permitted. The fare rules for our fares and bundles can be found on our Fare rules page.

Jetstar Holidays booking conditions

Additional conditions apply to each traveller included in bookings for Jetstar Holidays Packages and Land Content. Land Content refers to non-airfare components such as activities, hotels and cars. You will be sent the appropriate Holidays booking conditions with your itinerary when you complete your booking. The Holidays booking conditions that apply to you depend on the country where you made your booking. Holiday booking conditions (for bookings made whilst in Australia)
