These are our payment options for payments made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For payment in other currencies, different payment options are available.
Credit, debit or charge card
We accept international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and UATP cards. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.
UnionPay
You can also pay for your Jetstar flights using UnionPay. When you choose this option, you'll be redirected to the UnionPay website. A Booking and Service fee per passenger per flight will apply.
Card foreign transaction fee
Your credit or debit card payments may be processed outside the country where you purchased your booking. The bank that issued your card may identify your credit or debit card payment as a foreign transaction and charge you a fee. For further information, please contact your bank. Apple Pay
You can use Apple Pay to make payments for Jetstar bookings using the wallet on your Apple device. When you choose the Apple Pay option on the payments page, you’ll need to select the card type linked to your Apple Pay account – current options are Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards, and American Express. When you have chosen the card type you would like to use, ‘Continue with Apple Pay’ to make your payment. A Booking and Service fee will apply.
eNETS
With eNETS, you can pay online using your internet banking account. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.
Participating banks include: DBS, POSB, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered, and UOB.
When you choose to make a purchase using eNETS, you’ll be redirected away from the Jetstar website.
PayPal
PayPal is available if your (first) flight is operated by Jetstar Airways (JQ) or Jetstar Asia (3K). If you choose to pay with PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.
Airport payments
To reduce contact and help get you on your way quicker, we prefer tap-and-go payments for any airport transactions (eg. excess baggage fees). Tap-and-go is fee-free.
