Terms and conditions for the special promotion for JCB card
Terms and conditions for Promotion 1:
・ Promotion 1 is only applied for customers who purchase tickets for domestic flights in Vietnam on Jetstar Pacific website at https://www.jetstar.com/vn on JCB cards.
・ Promotion 1 is applied for the first payment of each JCB card during the term.
・ Promotion 1 is only valid for one (01) JCB card per one (01) purchase. One purchase can be for up to 100 seats but the offer can be applied for ten (10) seats.
・ Promotion 1 is applied for bookings in which passenger names are not changed.
・ The cash back amount will not include additional fees, surcharges and other taxes (if any).
・ Customers shall pay full price for the purchase which includes air fares, all fees, taxes and charges imposed by the government or other additional charge, surcharge by airport authority or fees imposed by Jetstar Pacific. The cash back money is deposited into the card account from the 20th to the 30th or the 31st of the following month after the purchase.
Terms and conditions for Promotion 2:
・ Promotion 2 is applied for customers who purchase tickets for domestic flights in Vietnam of which the travel period is before 23:59 on February 28, 2017 for purchases in November 2016, before 23:59 on March 31, 2017 for purchases in December 2016, before 23:59 on April 30, 2017 for purchases in January 2017, and before 23:59 on May 31, 2017 for purchases in February 2017 on Jetstar Pacific website https://www.jetstar.com/vn on JCB cards.
・ Promotion 2 is applicable to Vietnamese people or foreigners who live and work in Vietnam.
・ Promotion 2 is not applicable to the employees of Jetstar Pacific and JCB International (JCBI), and payment done under agent codes of Jetstar Pacific.
・ In case there are multiple JCB cardholders with equal top spending in the month, the prize of Promotion 2 shall be granted to the person who make bookings at the earliest in the month.
・ The winners of Promotion 2 must comply with such conditions as:
+ Bookings they make are non-refundable.
+ Flight date/time and passenger name changes are not permitted.
+ All passengers in the bookings need to complete their travels.
・ Jetstar Pacific shall announce the name of the winner of the month on Jetstar Pacific facebook fanpage as the following schedule: the prize for bookings in November 2016 is notified in March 2017, the prize for bookings in December 2016 is notified in April 2017, the prize for bookings in January 2017 is notified in May 2017 and the prize for bookings in February 2017 is notified in June 2017. The awarding ceremony for the four winners of four months will be held in June 2017. If the bookings are canceled or returned, Jetstar Pacific shall keep the prize for the second or next place spenders or, the top spenders who make bookings the second or next earliest.
・ If Jetstar Pacific fails to contact the winners of Promotion 2 by their contacts given in their bookings within 30 days, the prize shall be granted to the second or next place spenders or, the top spenders who make bookings the second or next earliest.
Terms and conditions for both Promotion 1 & 2:
・ Customers have to purchase tickets through Jetstar Pacific website at https://www.jetstar.com/vn from November 03, 2016 to February 28, 2017.
・ All travels on Jetstar Pacific flights will be subject to the respective Jetstar Pacific’s conditions of carriage that can be found on website https://www.jetstar.com/vn
・ Any dispute related to airline quality or services will be resolved between customers and Jetstar Pacific.
・ Each fare type has its own fare rule. Depending on fare type that customer buy, the fare rule will be applied accordingly. Fare type and fare rule can be found on https://www.jetstar.com/vn
・ Eligible JCB cardholders can be disqualified from the promotion program in the event that their JCB card becomes delinquent, fraud, over limit, cancelled or terminated within the promotion period.
・ If the primary cardholder’s card account is terminated at any time for any reason, either by the primary cardholder or JCBI, the primary cardholder and supplementary cardholder(s) will forthwith be disqualified from participating in the promotion program.
・ Jetstar Pacific and JCBI reserves the right to terminate, change or otherwise deal with those promotions at any time it deems appropriate without prior notice to the customers. Jetstar Pacific and JCBI shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by any person in relation to those promotions.
・ The decisions of Jetstar Pacific and JCBI on all matters relating to promotion program are final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
・ The seats applicable for the promotion program are limited. The promotion program shall be automatically terminated upon the application of the promotion program to the limitation.
・ The promotion program is not applicable to other promotion programs of Jetstar Pacific at the same time such as Friday Fare Frenzy, Weekend Fare Frenzy, Network sale, Special sale, etc, and tickets paid by electronic vouchers of Jetstar Pacific.
“All enquiries, or complaints relating to the Promotion Program and the Award, you are kindly requested to contact Jetstar Pacific at 19001550 within 60 (sixty) days upon the end date of such Promotion Program. Jetstar Pacific shall consider and resolve the issue in accordance with its internal operation rules and the laws of Vietnam within 30 (thirty) days upon receipt of notice from Customer. The resolution for such complaints from Jetstar Pacific is the final, fair and has binding force. The Customer undertakes not to have any complaint or appeal regarding to this resolution.”
