Payment methods

Jetstar offers several convenient payment methods for Travel Agents. Travel Agents may accept and process Customer Card payments using the Jetstar merchant account. Note: From 1 July 2023 Virtual Credit Cards are not accepted as outlined in the Travel Agent Terms and Conditions.

For GDS bookings, please refer to the payments policy of the ticketing airline. Depending on the payment method and currency in which you made (or Jetstar recorded) your original booking, fees may apply. For more details, see Fees & Charges.
