As your Jetstar Dollars add up, you’ll automatically receive Jetstar Flight Vouchers sent to your inbox every time you accrue 100 Jetstar Dollars on the Jetstar MasterCard and 200 Jetstar Dollars on the Jetstar Platinum MasterCard, which you can then use to book tickets on Jetstar flights. If you opt in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards you will earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points which you will be able to redeem for an extensive range of goods and services.

How to accrue Jetstar Dollars 2

With the Jetstar MasterCard you accrue 1 cent for every dollar you spend on everyday eligible purchases with the card, in the form of Jetstar Dollars which are then redeemed for Jetstar Flight Vouchers. With the Jetstar Platinum MasterCard you will earn twice as fast 2 cents of every dollar in Jetstar Dollars.

Once you reach 100 Jetstar Dollars on Jetstar MasterCard or 200 Jetstar Dollars on Jetstar Platinum MasterCard you will be automatically emailed a flight voucher to book any Jetstar flight, anywhere within 3 months and travel within 6 months.

How to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points 9

If you are a Jetstar MasterCard or a Jetstar Platinum MasterCard holder you can opt in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards and earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points.*

Switch your reward option

If you are a Jetstar MasterCard or a Jetstar Platinum MasterCard holder you can choose to switch between rewards programs. The switch takes effect immediately, but note that the value in each rewards program cannot be transferred to the new rewards program. An administration fee of $15 will apply each time you switch between reward programs. 15

How to book tickets using your
Jetstar Flight Vouchers

You have 3 months to use your Jetstar Flight Voucher (ie book your flight) for travel within 6 months.

If you don’t have enough Jetstar Dollars for the full amount, you can always use your voucher to purchase a portion of the flight, and another payment method, like your Jetstar MasterCard, to purchase the remainder.

Once you’re ready to book your flight visit jetstar.com to search and select your flights, just as you would normally. When you reach the payment section click on the Voucher tab and complete the details. If the purchase amount is greater than the value of your voucher, you’ll need to pay the difference by another payment method.

And remember, if you use your Jetstar MasterCard or Jetstar Platinum MasterCard you won’t have to pay the standard Booking and Service Fees when booking flights.

How to redeem for Jetstar Flight
Vouchers

One of the best features of our reward program is automatic redemption. Rewards are sent directly to your email as soon as you qualify for a Jetstar Flight Voucher. No wasted time making calls or filling in forms!

Every time you accrue 100 Jetstar Dollars with your Jetstar MasterCard, we’ll automatically email you a $100 Jetstar Flight Voucher directly to your inbox.

Jetstar Platinum MasterCard holders will automatically receive a $200 voucher after accruing 200 Jetstar Dollars.

You can keep track of your Jetstar Dollars via Internet Banking.

And if you don’t want to wait to you receive your $100 or $200 Jetstar Flight Voucher automatically, you can request your vouchers early. Vouchers can be redeemed in 25 Jetstar Dollar increments by calling 1300 150 100. Manual voucher redemptions will take 5 business days

The Qantas Frequent Flyer Points you earn using your Jetstar Platinum MasterCard or Jetstar MasterCard will be automatically credited to your nominated Qantas Frequent Flyer Account after the end of each monthly statement cycle, once you have provided us with your Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership Number.9
