How to change your booking
If your original booking was made online at www.jetstar.com you can make limited changes by navigating to ‘MANAGE BOOKING’ on the right hand side of the page. You will need your Booking Reference number to proceed.
You can also make limited changes to your booking by calling Jetstar Reservations. If your original booking was made through Jetstar Reservations, changes can only be made through Jetstar Reservations.
If your original booking was made through a travel agent, please contact the travel agent to make changes.
Please note that as of 12th December 2012, the change deadline for Starter and Starter with Plus Bundle passengers has been extended up to before the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport. Airport check in opening times are available on your Jetstar itinerary or in checking-in options under Planning and booking.

Please note that deadline to make permitted changes for Starter fare and Starter fare with a Plus Bundle changed on 24/12/2012. For bookings made before 24/12/2012
Jetstar will waive the previous change deadline of 24 hours prior. As such, those passengers will be able to make permitted changes up to the time the original scheduled flight opens for check-in at the airport.
