Jetstar operates around 1,000 weekly flights to 21 destinations throughout Australia and to New Zealand. Jetstar serves world renowned leisure ports such as Hamilton Island, the Whitsunday Coast, the Gold Coast and Tasmania. From our hub in Singapore, Jetstar and our sister company Valuair fly to 13 destinations in 8 countries including beautiful and exotic cities such as Siem Reap (Ankor Watt), Phnom Penh in Cambodia and Hong Kong.

Jetstar currently offers up to 132 flights per day and this will increase as additional aircraft enter into service.
Jetstar has resulted in significant capacity increases across the network including the following new and improved services:
- Direct daily services from Brisbane to Townsville
- Fours direct services per week from Sydney to Townsville
- Three direct services per week from Melbourne to Townsville
- New direct daily services from Adelaide to Sydney
- New direct daily services from Adelaide to Brisbane
- New direct services from Adelaide to Hamilton Island
- New direct services from Adelaide to Sunshine Coast
- New direct services from Avalon to Perth
- New direct services from Melbourne to Ballina Byron
- New international services from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and the Gold Coast to Christchurch in New Zealand
Height and Weight Restrictions by Aircraft Type
No single item of Checked Baggage may exceed 32kg in weight. No item can exceed 1.9 metres for flights operated by an A320 or A321 aircraft, or 2.77 metres for flights operated by an A330 aircraft. Please refer to the table above to see which aircraft operates on our routes.
Wheelchair/Mobility Aids Dimension Restrictions
Jetstar cannot accommodate any wheelchairs or mobility aids in excess of these limits:
A320/A321 Aircraft - 1m (height) x 1.4m (width) x 1.4m (length)
A330 Aircraft - 1.6m (height) x 1.5m (width) x 1.5m (length)
